1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking details will be available within 1 hour after shipment.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.


3. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States except for: ❌ Hawaii ❌ Alaska


4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Tracking details will be available within 1 hour after shipment.

  • If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at rackstackco@gmail.com.


5. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier first.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email rackstackco@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as β€œDelivered” by the carrier.


6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for misdelivered packages.

  • If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
