Return Timeframe

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items.

Return Conditions

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Tags & Packaging: The product must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging.

  • No Alterations: The item must not have been modified (e.g., resizing, hemming, or customizations).

  • No Damage: The item must be free from body odors, stains, or any damage.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email us at rackstackco@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order ID (found in your confirmation email)

  • Reason for Return (e.g., incorrect size, defective item, not as expected, etc.)

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective, attach clear images)

Once we receive your request, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
